Calibration

Certified Calibration Services

Canadian Air Parts specializes in the calibration and repair of Chadwick-Helmuth vibration analysis and balancing equipment. While Honeywell has declared the majority of this equipment obsolete, CAP continues to calibrate and support most units — keeping your equipment operational long after OEM support has ended.

CAP is one of the only shops certified to calibrate both Honeywell Chadwick and DSS MicroVib track and balance systems — two completely different manufacturers and two distinct styles of unit. Whichever platform your fleet runs on, we support it under one roof.

Normal turnaround is 7–10 working days, with expedited AOG service available. Our team provides personalized service including monitoring accelerometers approaching tolerance limits, so you're never caught off guard.

Ceramic Protection

SystemX Aviation Ceramic Coating

The high-altitude environment is unforgiving. SystemX is the latest in ceramic nanotechnology — not a clear bra, wax, polish, or paint sealant. This advanced coating bonds to all painted aircraft surfaces, including composites, acting as a protective barrier with outstanding resistance to friction, heat, and solvents.

Canadian Air Parts is SystemX Aeronautical Coating's exclusive authorized Canadian distributor and installer. Led by Jordan Rendle, CAP has completed ceramic protection applications on more than 30 aircraft to date.

Long-Lasting Beauty, Minimal Maintenance

The unique formula of SystemX coating brings out the full lustre and sheen of your aircraft's finish while extending exterior paint life. The end result greatly reduces cleaning efforts and future repainting expenses.

Enhanced Performance

SystemX Aviation Ceramic protection is super-slick, improving laminar flow and reducing drag for increased fuel efficiency. Ultra-hydrophobic, extremely slick, and glossier than the original paint and brightwork.

Proven Protection

Passed rigid Boeing approval testing with temperature tolerances exceeding 1,000°F. Outstanding resistance to de-icing fluids, UV rays, acid rain, bird droppings, exhaust fumes, solvents, and minor scratches.

Consignment Management

Turn Surplus Inventory Into Value

CAP's consignment program helps operators monetize unused or surplus inventory. We market and sell your parts on your behalf, handling the listing, buyer communication, certifications, and worldwide shipping — so you recover value from components that would otherwise sit on the shelf.

You stay informed throughout, and we take care of the logistics. It's a hands-off way to free up capital and warehouse space while putting serviceable parts back into the fleet.
